Novosibirsk drug addicts have found a way to smoke cannabis with impunity

New trends among “weed smokers” were noticed by transport police officers. Cannabis is still consumed, but in a way that is not covered by the law.

The thing is that teenagers have started going out to the fields and getting high on marijuana at the place where hemp is collected. The smokers return without the "herbal load", but are pretty "stoned".

Those who had not thought of such a thing were continued to be detained by transport police. Over the past weekend, 9 marijuana transporters fell into the hands of law enforcement agencies. The reason for such a large number of drug collectors was the unusually warm weather.

On the Cherepanovo-Novosibirsk electric train, riot police detained a teenager with a bag of criminal herbal tea. It turned out that a 13-year-old resident of Akademgorodok was carrying 620 g of marijuana. On the same train, but at a different time, officers from the linear police station at the Berdsk station detained a PU-55 student with a package of hashish “for personal use.”

The largest amount of the drug was seized from an electrician at the Novosibirsk Electric Vacuum Plant, who brought 830 g of marijuana on the Toguchin-Novosibirsk train. However, the “record” for illegal drug acquisition was set by a 1st year student at the NSU Higher College of Informatics, who purchased about 1.2 kg of cannabis.

The minor himself is from Kazakhstan and lives in Novosibirsk in a student dormitory. A criminal case has been opened against him, his parents have been summoned from Karaganda.
