State Drug Control Service has been renamed

The Federal Service of the Russian Federation for Control of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Gosnarkokontrol) was renamed the Federal Service of the Russian Federation for Control of Drug Circulation by decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

According to the decree, it is the legal successor of the Federal Service of the Russian Federation for Control of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances.

The decree approved the Regulation on the Federal Drug Control Service, establishing that the Service is headed by a director with the rank of federal minister.

The Service is permitted to have three deputy directors and ten departments for the main areas of activity, and a Federal Service board of 18 people is formed.

It is not reported how exactly the structure of the new Federal Service will change and whether its current head, Viktor Cherkesov, will retain his post.

This service should be more concerned with the circulation of NARCOTIC SUBSTANCES, but not psychotropic substances! But it monitors peaceful Rastafarians... And punishes them with all the severity and stupidity of its laws!
