Drug addicts tortured a child to find out where cannabis grows

A 14-year-old boy was returning home from his relatives' house in the village of Mazepovka in the Rylsky District on his bicycle. According to the press service of the regional prosecutor's office, he was stopped near the village by two residents of the village of Ivanovskoye who were driving a car. Introducing themselves as police officers, they demanded that the teenager show them where hemp grows, but he did not know such places. Then the young men began to beat the teenager, pinched his fingers with pliers, took away his mobile phone and 1,350 rubles, which his relatives had given to his parents, after which they took him to the forest and tied him to a tree. Having intimidated the boy, they again demanded that he find out where the hemp grows and arranged for him to meet in a few days, after which they took him to the same place. On the same day, the police established the identity of these young men and detained them in a state of drug intoxication. A criminal case was opened on this fact. The investigation was assigned to an investigator of the Rylsky District Prosecutor's Office.
