A thief nicknamed Bubble has been detained in Moscow

Thief in law Khizir Akbulatov, known in the criminal world as Bubble, has been detained in Moscow.

As reported by the press service of the Department for Combating Organized Crime and Terrorism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) of the Russian Federation, the crime boss was detained on Kutuzovsky Prospekt while attempting to sell 40 grams of hashish.

According to the information available to operatives, H. Akbulatov, a native of Kabardino-Balkaria, is one of the most influential figures in the criminal world of the North Caucasus region, controls criminal groups in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, and maintains ties with criminal leaders in the Central, Northwestern and Siberian Federal Districts.

It is also known that he repeatedly took part in resolving controversial issues arising in the criminal environment, as well as in the distribution of spheres of criminal influence between organized criminal groups.

A criminal case has been opened against H. Akbulatov under Article 228-1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal production, sale or shipment of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues). By decision of the Dorogomilovsky Court of Moscow, he was arrested.

Let us recall that several days ago in Mytishchi, Moscow Region, officers of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Central Federal District detained the thief in law Shedel Zarandia, who also had drugs with him. According to the operatives, Sh. Zarandia became a thief in law back in 1979 and belongs to the thieves of the "old school". According to the available information, he controlled the criminal activity of "bag snatcher" thieves in the Moscow Region and the Leningrad Region.

The criminal group under his control also included "black realtors" who were looking for lonely old people, alcoholics, and people who owned their own homes.

A criminal case has been opened against Sh. Zarandia under Article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal drug trafficking).
