A cunning citizen of Kazakhstan tried to smuggle 13 kilograms of marijuana across the border. The South Ural border guards intervened in his plan, the press service of the Border Department of the FSB of Russia for the Chelyabinsk Region reported to Nakanune.RU. The Kazakh’s trick, according to the border guards, was as follows: before crossing the border, he buried a bag of marijuana on the Kazakh side, then crossed the border as a respectable citizen through the Mariinsky checkpoint in the Bredinsky district of the Chelyabinsk region. And having thus protected himself, the Kazakh returned under the cover of darkness for his burden. Border guards intervened in the drug transporter’s brilliant plan, catching him at the very last moment digging up the bag. Now criminal cases have been opened against the cunning man for drug smuggling and illegal border crossing - he did not return through the checkpoint for the bag. When the cases go to court, the citizen of Kazakhstan will have a fifth meeting with the servants of Themis - he had already been convicted before.
