Marijuana has reached the darts

Almost all sports have narrow-minded athletes who resort to using illegal drugs. These are mainly representatives of extremely dynamic or physically demanding disciplines. But now there are "experts" who manage to abuse even such phlegmatic and harmless sports as darts.

Robbie Greene has become the first dart thrower in history to be caught using doping. A test Greene took after a tournament in Bolton, England, showed traces of marijuana in his blood.

Interestingly, the Darts Federation began testing for the use of banned substances and introduced a penalty for this only this year. Greene became only the eighth athlete to undergo such testing. However, the punishment that the drug addict will be subjected to will be significantly milder compared to football or track and field. Greene will be banned from participating in competitions for only two months.
