Now night establishments will be closed for drug distribution

Yesterday, the head of the Moscow department of the Federal Drug Control Service, Lieutenant General Viktor Khvorostyan, told reporters that all nightclubs and discos in which drugs are distributed will be closed in Moscow. He claims that this is an adequate measure and the State Drug Control Service will support it in every possible way.

Khvorostyan noted that among the drugs distributed on the “black market” of the capital, heroin and marijuana predominate. According to official data alone, about 30 thousand drug addicts are registered in medical institutions in Moscow. The real number, according to experts, is 10 times higher.
