Previously, a convicted drug addict invited him to visit him for hashish

A forty-four-year-old resident of Asino was detained by officers of the Asinovsky Interdistrict Drug Control Department of the Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation for the Tomsk Region for possession of drugs in especially large quantities. The man had previously been convicted of drug trafficking crimes and had been an active drug user for several years.

The detainee was not currently involved in selling the drug, but local drug addicts knew that he always had drugs in his house and was ready to share them. In order to prevent the distribution of drugs, drug police officers visited his home.

During the inspection of the house, over one kilogram of marijuana and over 17 grams of hashish oil were found. According to the offender, he had prepared the drugs for himself for the winter. All the necessary tools for preparing the drug and obtaining hashish oil were also found at the scene. At the time of his arrest, the man was intoxicated, for which he was brought to administrative responsibility. In addition, a criminal case was opened against him for possession of drugs in an especially large amount, a representative of the State Inspectorate of the Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation for the Tomsk Region reported.
