A private security company employee received 5 years in prison for selling marijuana

In Voronezh, a verdict was handed down in the case of two employees of the security company "Vepr", who were accused of selling marijuana , the REGNUM correspondent was informed about this by the public relations group of the Federal Drug Control Service for the Voronezh Region. Vladimir Mogalov and Sergei Biryukov were detained while attempting to sell drugs on an especially large scale marijuana - 1.5 kg. The first test purchase was made in the Khokholsky district. A decision was made to conduct further operational and investigative measures. As a result of negotiations, a meeting was scheduled on the territory guarded by Biryukov and Magalov, "Soviet Base".

During the test purchase, Vladimir and Sergey received 57,000 rubles from the buyer for marijuana , prepared for sale. It was carefully packaged in 87 plastic bags and hidden in the duty station of the Vepr private security company. At the time of the transfer, the special forces of the Federal Drug Control Service carried out a successful seizure operation. During the investigation, it was established that another employee of the same security company helped him sell the drugs.

Mogalov and Biryukov admitted their guilt and repented of their actions. Biryukov once participated in military operations in the Chechen Republic and has a young child. The court took these circumstances into account when sentencing and sentenced Mogalov to 5 years in a strict regime penal colony and Biryukov to 4 years.
