Vologda teenagers smoked marijuana right on the street

In Vologda, police officers detained two teenagers who were smoking right on the street the day before marijuana .

When all the circumstances became clear, it turned out that three more schoolchildren were involved in the case. One sold the drug, the other two gave it to smokers. The teenagers' actions were classified as possession, sale and use of narcotic substances. Article 228 of the Criminal Code, which provides for 4 to 8 years of imprisonment.

But the prosecutor refused to initiate a criminal case. The schoolchildren are not yet 16 years old. Therefore, the day before, the city court considered the issue of placing the teenagers in a temporary detention center for juvenile offenders.

By the way, as the head of the inspection for minors of the 1st police department of Vologda Natalya Nikitaeva said, these guys have already been caught for drug use. But in those cases they were punished only for use, which was considered an administrative violation, reports radio "Transmit".
