Drug courier passenger detained on train

On Tuesday, a 22-year-old girl was detained on the Blagoveshchensk-Vladivostok passenger train, transporting a large batch of drugs.

“2.6 kilograms of hashish, 700 grams of dried marijuana and one dose of hashish oil were found and seized from a previously unconvicted resident of the Amur region. The approximate cost of this batch of drugs at Khabarovsk “black market” prices exceeds 400 thousand rubles,” said a representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

A criminal case has been opened against her passenger and an investigation is underway.
