A resident of Krasnodar sowed hemp in his garden

In the Karasunsky District of Krasnodar, non-departmental security officers discovered unusual houseplants in the yard of one of the city residents. Eleven hemp bushes grew on a small plot of land next to the house of a 60-year-old pensioner. Now the Krasnodar resident explains to the regional drug control department officers why he grew drugs on his property.

Yes guys, I also really love managa, I've been guzzling it by the glass since I was 11, sometimes we fry porridge. But we have problems with hashish, the drug control put all the dealers in jail... harshly leaving us rasta-maniacs without a buzz...
