UK electrical companies must provide police with information on where residents live

The local legislature has passed a law allowing electricians to send statements of their bills to the city council. Bill 25 is a motion made by Chief Fire Officer Len Garis of Surrey County Fire Brigade in the UK ( Len Garis ) in an attempt to find new ways to prevent marijuana from being grown in homes.
