Is the Penza regional center turning into Amsterdam?

For some time now, the district center of the Penza region, Issa, has been under special control of the Federal Drug Control Service. Recently, an operational and preventive raid was conducted here on places of mass leisure for young people.

What they saw in the Sever night club shocked even the seasoned drug enforcement officers. As if they were not in Isse, but in Amsterdam, where the use of soft drugs is officially permitted, three young people were calmly smoking marijuana. All three were fined for illegal use of "dope".

In addition, a package of marijuana was found and confiscated in the Sever bar. It seems that drugs could be purchased, as they say, without leaving the cash register.

In this regard, last Saturday the Penza Region Drug Control Department together with their Mordovian colleagues held a large-scale anti-drug campaign in Issa. Psychologists and drug addiction specialists gave an introductory lecture on a healthy lifestyle to high school students. And as a visual aid, they showed a scary video about the consequences of drug addiction.

On the same day, the Issa Sports and Recreation Center hosted a mini-football tournament for the Cup of the mini-football club "GNK-Penza" with the participation of drug police teams from Penza and Mordovia and the Issa national team. Before the games, representatives of the Federal Drug Control Service for the Penza Region presented the administration of each of the Issa schools with a set of sports equipment, Pnz.Ru reports.
