In Kostroma, young people smoked marijuana near the building of the Drug Control Service

Officers from the Federal Drug Control Service detained three Kostroma residents who were smoking marijuana right outside the administration building.

As Interfax reports, the duty officer noticed a car with tinted windows that stopped at the entrance to the building in the department's service parking lot.

“He came up to ask the driver to remove the car, and, bending down, smelled a specific smell. Then the duty officer called riot police, department operatives and experts,” the agency’s interlocutor said.

“Everyone who was in the car - two young men previously convicted of theft, and a woman - was detained. They conducted a personal search and search of the car. 2.2 grams of a plant substance, presumably marijuana, were found in the car,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
