English teacher grew marijuana according to all the rules

An English teacher who built a greenhouse for growing marijuana in his apartment has been detained in St. Petersburg, RIA Novosti reports, citing the local police department.

In the detainee's apartment, in the middle of the room, there was a greenhouse measuring two by four meters, equipped with ventilation, electronic lighting devices and a watering system. In total, 13 marijuana bushes were growing there.

During the search, smoking pipes, scales, packaged marijuana prepared for sale, and an antique book in English with recipes for making narcotics were seized.
