The results of the "NARCO-STOP" competition will be summed up

On the eve of the International Day against Drug Abuse in Vladimir, the Rus cinema will sum up the results of the fourth regional youth poster competition "NARKOS-STOP". Drawings for the competition were sent by 10th-11th grade students, students, teachers and young people who are concerned about the problem of drug addiction. A professional jury, which included a psychotherapist, a narcologist and an artist, selected the best works. They are now displayed in the Rus cinema. More than five hundred teenagers visit the exhibition daily. All of them can vote for their favorite poster. According to the jury, interest in the competition is growing every year. This time, one of the participants sent not only a poster, but also a poem about a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, the organizers - specialists from the youth affairs committee - are thinking about holding not only a poster competition, but also a poem. Meanwhile, the authors of the best drawings will be named on June 25. The winners will be announced in several nominations: idea, depth of understanding of the problem, mastery of execution and the audience award. A special prize was established by the Department of the State Drug Control Service for the Vladimir Region. The best drawings, as recommended by the jury, will form the basis for social advertising. Banners, posters and calendars will be placed in schools, clubs in the place of residence, social institutions, as well as in shop windows and flower beds. The authors of the best works will receive tape recorders, and other participants in the competition will receive footballs and basketballs, badminton and tennis rackets. Such gifts are not accidental: according to Svetlana Dmitrieva, chief specialist of the Youth Affairs Committee, sports and music are the best ways to combat drugs. A sweet prize awaits everyone who comes to the Rus cinema on June 25. Moreover, after the ceremony, two films will be shown. The documentary film "Network", for example, tells about the involvement of teenagers in a criminal circle, and the feature film "Spartak and Kalashnikov" tells about a child with a difficult childhood, but a strong character. It should be noted that the poster exhibition "NARCOS-STOP" will be open until June 30.
