Kursk Technical University Lecturer Caught with 4.5 kg of Marijuana

A senior lecturer at the Department of Economics of the Kursk State Technical University was detained by officers of the regional FSB department while attempting to sell 4.5 kilograms of marijuana, the press service of the FSB department for the Kursk region told REGNUM. The arrest of the teacher was one of the largest anti-drug operations this year, the FSB department noted.
