Rastafarian grandmother smoked while driving

An unusual drug addict was detained by Canadian police.

Police officers were conducting a routine check in Oshawa, Ontario, when they saw that a female driver who had stopped at their request was doing nothing more than smoking marijuana.

The most interesting thing is that the young 43-year-old grandmother smoked a joint in the presence of her grandchildren, a four-year-old and a one-year-old, who, moreover, were not wearing seat belts.
