At first I was nervous too. It took them about 5 days to hatch on the wet cotton wool. I was very worried - was there too much moisture, or were they too dry. Was it too cold for them on the windowsill at night... In the end - 4 out of 7 sprouted. And those that I threw in the ground (after sprouting first) appeared on the surface only after 2 weeks. Something is growing reluctantly. Maybe it is connected with the moon, or maybe with the season - it is probably too late for planting... (IMG: style_emoticons/default/dry.gif )

I have never sprouted, I threw it into the soil, the sprouts appeared after 2 weeks...
Now I'm seriously thinking about preparing the soil before planting, that is, this season I will prepare a place for planting next year.....you need a lot of cow dung, the most effective fertilizer
